REFUND POLICY

Ascend products are digital downloads delivered instantly after purchase.
Because the files are accessible immediately, we do not offer refunds
once a download has taken place — this includes the eBook, the tracker
file, or any bonus materials.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you experience any of
the following, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right:

- The file is corrupted or won't open
- You received the wrong file
- A technical issue on our end prevented delivery

We're not able to offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after downloading
- Difficulty using Excel or Google Sheets (we're happy to help you
  troubleshoot instead — just reach out)
- Not achieving specific fitness results — individual results vary
  based on many factors outside the product itself

EU / UK / EEA CUSTOMERS — YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are a resident of the European Union, the United Kingdom, or
another jurisdiction that grants a legal right of withdrawal for
online purchases, you may be entitled to request a refund within the
timeframe set by your local law (typically 14 days from purchase),
even for digital products, unless you have expressly consented to
immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of that right at checkout.

Where this legal right applies and has not been expressly waived, we
will honor a refund request made within that period. To request one,

HOW REFUNDS ARE ISSUED

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method (PayPal)
within 5–10 business days of approval. We are not able to issue
refunds via bank transfer, cash, or any method other than the original
payment method used at checkout.

If the amount you receive differs slightly from the amount you paid,
this is due to currency conversion and exchange rate fluctuations
applied by PayPal, which are outside of our control.
